We are hiring for the Organizer Position at Ironworkers Local 584 Union.

Hiring Timeline:
- September 1st-30th, 2024: Submit Resumes
- October 1st-10th, 2024: Interviews (For those that have been scheduled)
- January 2nd, 2005: Organizer Position Start Date

Job Description:
- Find and Identify non-union contractors and unrepresented workers in our jurisdiction.
- Build and maintain relationships with both the contractors and workers.
- Develop and implement a plan to organize contractors and workers.
- Organize unrepresented workers as manpower needs dictate.

Job Requirements:
- Self motivated
- Basic computer skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to travel
- Bilingual or have the ability and willingness to learn
- Current Union Member with Dues and Death Benefits paid (Member in good standing)
