The Sixteenth Annual TradesWomen Build Nations Conference (TWBN)
Fri, Oct 9, to Sun, Oct 11, 2026 - Huston, TX
The 16th Annual Tradeswomen Build Nations (TWBN) Conference will take place October 9–11, 2026, in Houston, Texas. This conference brings together tradeswomen from across the U.S. and Canada to promote networking, leadership, and advancement in the skilled trades.
To support participation, the Iron Workers International and IMPACT are offering 36 scholarships for women members (three per Regional Advisory Board). These scholarships cover conference registration, two nights of hotel accommodations, and transportation reimbursement.
Eligible members can be nominated or self-nominate, with applications due by April 5, 2026. The initiative aims to increase attendance, boost morale, and strengthen retention of women in the trade while encouraging both apprentices and journeymen to participate.
